S. Bradley Burris, MD, PA
Medical Director

Scott Bradley Burris, MD, PA serves as Hartwater's on-site Medical Director and supervising physician. A veteran in the industry, Dr Burris brings to the practice more than 35 years of experience as a physician in north Texas.
​
Over his career, Dr Burris has become an expert regenerative and longevity medicine. As a board-certified anesthesiologist and Diplomate of the American Board of Anesthesiology, his focus has always been on physiologic optimization: managing pain, coordinating perioperative recovery, developing regenerative protocols, and understanding how the body responds to stress, oxygen, and repair in a systemic way. In more recent years, this expertise has informed his interest the area of long-term health optimization, looking at how our bodies age and regenerate at the cellular level.

As a survivor of Stage 4 Adenocarcinoma, Dr Burris’s interest in longevity is deeply personal. He is especially passionate about exploring new and emerging areas of regenerative medicine and bringing that knowledge to practice for his patients, helping to optimize their long-term health. At Hartwater, Dr Burris also serves as Clinical Director and board member of Hartwater's CARE Institute, where he oversees longevity research and helps set the evidence standards that guide clinical practice at Hartwater.

In addition to his roles with Hartwater, Doctor Burris serves as the Quality Chairman and executive committee member for Texas Health Plano Center for Diagnostics and Surgery, where he is responsible for upholding the highest standard of safety and compliance at the hospital. It is this vigorous standard of safety that he upholds at Hartwater, and which offers Hartwater patients an unprecedented level of assurance and trust. In addition to his industry leadership, he also serves as Vice Chairman at the Mary Crowley Cancer Research Center, where he has been instrumental in securing millions in life-saving funding for cancer research.

In his spare time, Dr Burris enjoys restoring classic cars, playing guitar, and spending time with his wife and five grandchildren. Also be sure to ask him about his famous “Bad Brad’s Hot Sauce” and spicy pickles, locally grown from his home garden right here in McKinney, TX.

Elaine Burris, APRN, FNP-C
Wellness Nurse Practitioner

​Elaine Burris, APRN, FNP-C is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with nine years of clinical experience and a graduate degree from the University of Texas at Arlington.
At Hartwater Wellness, Elaine practices with a root-cause philosophy, focused on identifying the underlying drivers of each patient’s concerns and creating long-term treatment plans tailored to their individual goals. She specializes in weight loss, hormone optimization, peptides, IV infusion, and hyperbaric oxygen therapy, bringing both clinical precision and a command of cutting edge research in each field.
Elaine is known for her ability to make patients feel heard, supported, and confident. She takes particular pride in educating patients so they can become active participants in their own care. As a mother of two young children, her commitment to longevity and healthy living is deeply personal; she holds herself and her family to the same standard she sets for her patients, and that alignment shows in how she practices.​​

Michael Madrinkian is President and Chief Executive Officer of Hartwater Wellness, where he provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for the organization’s mission to deliver evidence-based, physician-led wellness care. As CEO, he is responsible for guiding the company’s long-term vision, ensuring clinical and operational excellence, and building scalable systems that support sustainable growth.

Dr Madrinkian is an experienced executive with a strong track record in the healthcare and aesthetics space. Over his career, he has served in numerous roles in finance and business development across multiple sectors.

Lindsey Burris, RN
Clinical Manager

Lindsey Burris, RN is a nationally recognized aesthetic provider with more than 15 years of experience at some of the top plastic surgery and medical research facilities in the country. As a former plastic surgery nurse, Lindsey has thousands of hours experience in the operating room, where she gained extensive knowledge of anatomy, advanced aesthetic outcomes, and surgical-level patient care.

As Clinical Manager, Ms Burris oversees clinical operations at Hartwater Wellness, ensuring the highest standards of safety and compliance are upheld in the practice.
